Ronaldo was told he had to wait at least nine months before
returning to the pitch, but the Phenomenon is doing his best to defy those
forecasts.
The Milan forward was in Paris on Friday to undergo tests with Doctor Gerard
Saillant and check on his recovery. And the result was very positive.
"The MRI and the ultrasound scans have shown that the scarring is healing faster
than we expected and the tendon’s also looking very good", said Ronaldo’s physio,
Bruno Mazziotti.
"So far, everything’s looking good, although complications could still occur,
delaying his return,” added Mazziotti.
“We’re confident, since the first 45 days were the most critical and he’s come
through with flying colours.” |
