Double to Uruguay
Third in 2006 World Cup Qualif.
Real Madrid CF's forward had
already scored against Colombia in the 2006 World Cup Qualification first
round-up, and he scored two more goals in the fourth round-up against Uruguay.
In the 28th minute, Ronnie received a cross by Zè Roberto, and scored hitting
the ball top-down with his shoulder, making a feint to goalkeeper Munúa and
pushing the ball in the net with his left foot. Last World Cup’s top scorer
saved the Seleçao when Uruguay was winning 2-3 with four minute sto the end of
the match. It was his goal n. 50 with Brazil.
